The Government will create favorable conditions for successful business integration

13/12 evening, Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung had a meeting with the participating enterprises Vietnam Business Forum towards the ASEAN Economic Community.

Speaking to business representatives to Vietnam business community, Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung has affirmed that the Government has no objective other than to create all favorable conditions for citizens and enterprises and successful integration.

According to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Vietnam, ASEAN integration in the past 20 years is an important rehearsal for Vietnam enterprises integrate with the world. The Government at the forefront of integration has created an opportunity for the successful business integration. In recent years, the Government has taken the lead and go faster than in neighboring countries 5-7 years in negotiating the Free Trade Agreement. Currently, the business community in Vietnam is in the intersection and have 5-7 years to prepare to adapt to the shifting of the production chain in the world.

The Free Trade Agreement opened the way of restructuring the economy and create millions of jobs in the future. Organizations representing the business community in Vietnam also said that the Government had created a 2nd wave of innovation to promote the reform of administrative procedures in order to create a platform for business integration. However, this organization also said that only 30% of Vietnam now take advantage of the lower tariffs by the Free Trade Agreement provides, caused by domestic businesses optimistic despite regarding the free Trade Agreement, but understand not deep and not much preparation. Mainly due to lack of simple understandable information about the Agreement no clue as to provide information and answers to specific localities and enterprises.

Speaking at the meeting, prior to the formation of the ASEAN Community by 31/12 next day, Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung affirmed that the Party, State and Government always creates favorable conditions for the people of business, work, and create favorable conditions for Vietnam enterprises successful integration. The Prime Minister stressed that the last 5 years as well as major turning point in international integration, especially in the international economic integration of the country. To date, Vietnam has completed negotiating 12 free trade agreement, Vietnam has put free trade relations with 55 countries, including 15 countries in the top 20 largest economies in the world.

Through integration, business has grown big step and complete the State institutions and laws in line with international practices. However, the biggest challenge of the country as well as business competitiveness is weak, while the target of the next 5 years is to grow faster and more sustainably. Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung said that so far no other way that the state and businesses together to promote internal strength, enhance competitiveness for successful integration. The Prime Minister stated, for a country Vietnam rapid and sustainable development, a country of socialist Vietnam, rich people, strong country, social democratic, equitable, civilized and in 5 years , had no choice but to integrate. And no one else is now at the forefront through enhancing effective governance, technological innovation to reduce cost, while the State can only open markets, improvement of institutional and administrative reforms to facilitate business.

On this occasion, Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung suggested the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Vietnam continue to gather all the recommendations of the business community to the government can enact policies to create more favorable conditions for the community Vietnam donhg business enterprises and successful integration. /.
